The care sector can be demanding, but it’s one of the most rewarding industries to work in. The challenge is that L&D teams rarely have the time or design resources to build digital learning that’s engaging and consistent.
I started Cosy Corner Learning to help with that — designing and building E-Learning courses that work for care staff. Training that’s clear, relevant and built to make learning stick, not just a tick on mandatory learning.
I spent two years creating online training for one of the UK’s largest care providers, The Orders of St John Care Trust. That experience gave me a real understanding of what care staff need for training to be successful, it has to be clear, compliant and compassionate.
Before that, I worked with global brands like Syngenta, UBS, Unilever and BAT, where I learned how strong design transforms the learning experience. Those same principles now shape every project I deliver for the care sector.
